What Are The Best Ways To Relax?
Have A Bath
First things first. Pour a bath. Have 30 minutes to yourself and focus on your breathing. Take 10 deep breaths in and out, your heart rate will slow down and you’ll begin to feel completely at ease. Read Your Favourite Book

Look After Your Skin
