SkinCeuticals is the number one medical aesthetic skincare brand in America, which is why we're delighted to have partnered with Hale Country Club to being you this professional skincare brand.

SkinCeuticals take the science of skin very seriously. Working with leading skin scientists, surgeons, doctors and the best researchers in the world, each product is put through a vast amount of clinical testing before it's brought to our attention. This means that each formulation is of the highest quality before it hits your skin, so you can be assured it's going to work wonders and give you a seriously healthy complexion.

How did SkinCeuticals begin?

Founded by leading skin scientist and researcher, Dr. Sheldon Pinnell, SkinCeuticals has always been ahead of its time when it comes to innovative formulations and ingredient foundations. Pioneering the role of antioxidants in skincare, Dr. Pinnell was the first to patent a stable form of vitamin C proven to effectively penetrate skin, delivering eight times the skin's natural antioxidant protection, the brands range of antioxidants was and remains the gold standard of topical antioxidant skincare in the industry.

With close to 40 years of research and experience under his belt when he founded SkinCeuticals, the brand become dedicated to producing cutting-edge skincare that would work well beneath the surface of the skin to produce long-term and visible results.

Dr. Sheldon Pinnell sadly passed away in July 2013, but his legacy and founding principles live on through the work SkinCeuticals continue to do, alongside the passion and dedication they put into their research and product formulation.

Who are SkinCeuticals today?

With the same research-driven approach as when the brand was founded over 20 years ago, SkinCeuticals remains one of the world's leading active skincare brands. Their products are still used by leading cosmetic surgeons, facialists and skin scientists all over the world, not to mention their cult following amongst celebrities, models and influencers has grown from strength to strength.

Their products are enriched with optimal concentrations of active ingredients and rigorous testing behind each product. Although each product delivers results in its own right, they are also designed to work synergistically with each other – and deliver even greater results when used as part of a customised regimen.

Known as the antioxidant authority of skincare, the brand are renowned for their selection of brown?bottled antioxidants, which are used to preserve the integrity of the delicate elixir inside. These potent serums help to protect skin from environmental aggressors such as visible light, pollution and general lifestyle habits which all contribute to cellular degeneration, and the most potent and powerful ingredients to counteract this process and repair the damage are antioxidants.

Are SkinCeuticals products tested on animals?

SkinCeuticals does not test any of its ingredients or products on animals.

Owned by the larger L’Oréal group, they are committed to pioneering safe research and testing methods without the use of animals. Since 1979, L'Oréal has been reconstructing human skin models in laboratories to elaborate in vitro safety tests. In fact, L’Oréal completely ceased all their animal testing 14 years before legal regulation required them to do so, meaning they were committed to the cause well before other brands joined the revolution.

The only exception to the rule is in China, whereby Chinese health authorities occasionally decide to conduct animal testing themselves for certain cosmetic products without L’Oréal. The Group has been at the forefront of the cosmetics industry in working with China to have alternative testing methods recognized, and thanks to their efforts, certain products manufactured and sold in China like shampoo, makeup, and body wash are no longer tested on animals.
