How Can I Repair Dehydrated Skin Overnight?

Firstly, when treating dehydration, the key is to treat from within and topically. Upping your intake of Omega Oils in your diet and drinking plenty of water everyday will improve hydration levels from the inside out. Topically, layering moisture binding products can help to protect the skin from water loss and restore hydration for longer.

Night time is the best time to apply the most active and restorative products in your routine. During this time the skin is free from potential irritants, sun exposure and makeup, among other things, which means it receives the maximum benefits. It's also the time the body temperature increases, which allows the skin to absorb ingredients better.

Another great tip is to apply your moisturiser or facial oil to a slightly damp skin to lock in additional hydration.
