Pour into running water, stir the product until completely dissolved making sure there is no oatmeal settled in the bottom of the bath to avoid slipping. For best results, soak in the bath for 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes. Do not rinse off, pat your skin dry to keep a thin layer on the skin. After your bath, apply moisturiser. Soaking for too long may dry your skin.

Perfect for eczema
This has been a godsend! My daughter has really itchy eczema in various places, which has flared up badly at the moment due to allergies. I've been bathing her in this every other day and it's made a big difference to her sleep. She's not as itchy and the eczema has completely cleared in some places

Good pain relief
I purchased this soothing bath soak for my mum, who is dealing with shingles. While the shingles pain is tough, this soak has been a welcome relief. Mum uses it every second day alongside her other medicines, and it effectively calms the pain for several hours. It's not a miracle worker, but definitely worth 4 stars for its calming effect.

very soothing and makes baths milky, could blend a little better as can sometimes clump together, but still love and i regularly purchase this!

Makes baths nice and milky and are soothing on skin if you suffer with eczema or even just fancy a nice soak in the bath! Only criticism is they could blend a bit more, sometimes it clumps together but really not a problem

Kind of hard to dissolve
Tried 3 sachets, every time I've changed my approach slightly to prevent clumks but everytime I end up with clumps which is kind of annoying. I don't really think it's helped my skin that much compared to how it felt before using this. Its nice, not a bad product I'm just unlikely to repurchase
