Shampoo: Apply to the scalp and gently massage with fingertips, focusing mainly on the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat as necessary.
Conditioner: Remove excess water from hair. Apply a small amount, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse well for 30 seconds to prevent excess build-up.
