I use this alongside the lotion. I use it once or twice a week to keep my skin smooth and moisturised. All Cerave products are brilliant-very moisturising. .

I have had keratosis pilaris my whole life and quite a severe case. This cream is probably the only thing that appears to clear it and reduce the appearance of it majorly. This is a holy grail for someone with strawberry skin

I can't be without this now. It's made such a huge difference to the KP on my arms and just general smoothness of my skin. I recommend applying it to slightly damp skin straight after a shower to help it absorb better. Also this tub is much easier to use than the tube version.
