Vegan and cruelty-free.
PM: In the evening, on dry skin, use dry fingertips to massage Slaai™ over face and eyes. Add water to activate, rinse well with warm water, and pat dry. May also be removed with a soft, damp cloth. In the morning (optional), 1 or 2 times per week, add our Bamboo Booster™ to Slaai™ for a customized, skin-refining physical exfoliation to aid in the removal of dead skin cells that have accumulated on the surface overnight. If using retinol, we recommend avoiding Bamboo Booster™, or using with caution, as it can be too much for skin.

Very good
Wonderful product, the wax melts all the makeup and with little product, which makes this size last for a long time! what I thought justified the price

Soothing
This is lovely and soothing on my skin. It’s quite an oily texture but it feels amazing, and really gets into my pores and helps remove my makeup

Please don’t waste your money
I’ve genuinely used cleansing balms which cost a quarter of the price and do a much better job. I struggle to believe the other reviews are real when people are saying it’s “worth the money” … it’s really not (and I promise you, I’ve tried them all!). This is a very basic cleansing balm - it doesn’t particularly smell pleasant and it doesn’t even melt down nicely.

Purchased for my daughter
My daughter loves the Drunk Elephant range, she is early teens and this is very gentle on her skin

Best make-up remover
This is hands down the best make-up remover I have ever used! It removes ALL of it and I do wear heavy make-up. Also, it does not dry out the skin like a lot of other cleansers. This one is even better than the Clinique take the day off balm! Worth the price!!

Dreamy, Buttery, Makeup-Melting Magic!
This is a wonderful cleansing balm, removing even waterproof mascara and red lipstick effectively, and my skin feels soft and so clean after using. I especially love the exfoliating 'Bamboo Booster' which is gentle but thorough. This is one of the more affordable Drunk Elephant products and, although I love the brand, I feel their pricing is often not justified. This is an exception and something I will continue to purchase.
