Faulty
The twist mechanism is faulty…..can’t use the lip balm as it doesn’t twist up! Disappointed to say the least!

Perfect balm
Love this balm - slightly herbal and really feels like it is working rather than just sitting on top. The fun packaging is super cute too and makes me smile.

Effective but not game changing
I purchased this after using the Estée Lauder version but after hearing great things about Elizabeth Arden’s 8 hour cream had high hopes, but wouldn’t purchase this again as was not more effective than normal lip balms
