My must-have Shower Oil
I have a meningioma (brain tumour), the headaches and nausea that comes with it are sometimes really quite extreme. I bought this after trying a more expensive brand with similar ingredients, I find that a warm shower with this oil helps, It's not as strong smelling as the other brand but I gently rub some into my stomach and up over my Decolette, neck and shoulders and let it sink into my skin while I wash my hair before rinsing it off and although it doesn't make it completely go away (the other brand didn't either) it really does help to ease off the nausea... I will definitely be repurchasing this, and I'm also going to try the body oil. I wish they made a this in a spray so that I could have it in my bag for a quick spray and inhale (from my wrist) when needed.
