I have used this for years and find it the simplest and most effective cleanser that also leaves my skin smooth and moisturised. The slightly granular texture gently exfoliates while the oils condition the skin, ready for the damp muslin to smooth it away. I like the pleasantly clinical smell, and the accessibility of the large pot.

I always use this cleanser to remove my make up. The process and muslin cloth ensure every trace of make up is removed effectively and my skin feels amazingly soft afterwards. The product is expensive but lasts ages, making it good value.

It has a botanical smell and can sometimes by gritty, but the results are outstanding. Warm a small blob in palms, apply for face and rub/ massage outwards. Add water to turn it into a milky lotion and a damp muslin to remove excess and give a mild exfoliation. Used for 5+ years. Not for sensitive skin or those who react Petroleum.
