I took the good reviews with a pinch of salt but this stuff is brilliant! I need to use it all the time because as soon as I stop, my hands get super dry again.  I have eczema quite badly on my hands and usually use steroid cream. This is a great steroid free option. I’ve given it 4 out of 5 only because it’s pricey for the small amount you get. Works out a very expensive hand cream but works wonders so will repurchase and have recommended :)

This is a great cream for repairing your skin barrier. I have super sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate. I lather this on at night and wake up with super soft skin.

Amazing for sensitive skin

I have very sensitive skin and I find that the products by first aid beauty really work for me.  This cream is marvellous it doesn’t feel heavy and soaks into the skin, I only wish it contained SPF then it would be perfect!
