Hydrating body cream that reduces aches

A lovely hydrating body cream,l which I use after dry body brushing, if leaves my skin soft and smooth. The magnesium also soothes my muscles and this is a great alternative to bath salts (I'm not a fan of baths and prefer a shower) so having the magnesium in a cream is fab!

I love these moisturisers so much. They are more like a body yoghurt/serum that soak into the skin so quickly without feeling tacky or heavy. My favourite smell is the watermelon and hyaluronic acid but this magnesium and aloe Vera is a close second! So clean and fresh. Definitely recommend!
