ghd bodyguard creates two levels of heat protection between the heat of a styling tool and the hair using polymers and conditioning agents. The bodyguard heat spray coats each strand of hair for a smoother-looking finish ready for styling. Use with all tools from hairdryers to straighteners and tongs for ultimate thermal protection and great hair.

Separate the hair in horizontal layers starting at the back of the neck. Apply 2-3 pumps of ghd bodyguard from a product's distance from the hair. Continue working up in layers to create an even distribution of product through the hair. Brush through and style as normal using your favourite ghd tool.
Style Tip. Apply ghd heat protect spray first if you’re layering it up with other styling products.

Best one I've used
I've been using this heat spray for a long time now. I switched to the newer version for fine hair, but much prefer the original. This will always be my go to heat spray. It's not sticky and leaves my hair with a lovely shine.
