Not nourishing
This definitely strips the hair of moisture. It’s a decent shampoo and lathers well but I would not recommend this for anyone with dry hair

Amazing!!
Never used a shampoo bar before and I bought this after seeing a few people talking about the Gruum one online. Took a little while to get used to using a bar but it's AMAZING!! It smells lush and leaves my hair looking super healthy. No plastic shampoo bottle either which I love! Game changer!!

Plastic free, smells good, lasts ages, makes my hair really healthy and shiny, soooo quick to use and rinse - love this solid shampoo! It took my hair a few weeks to get used to it from liquid shampoo, but once it did it was fab. I used to really hate washing my hair, it's such a faff and took aaaages to wash and dry it. Now using this solid shampoo it's insanely quick - rub the bar on my hair, rinse and squeaky clean instantly! I now no longer need to use any conditioner! I use this shampoo and a good detangling brush. I have a lot of fine hair which gets greasy quick, and this has been a game changer. I've already recommended it to everyone I know!
