After toning in the morning and evening, dispense a dime sized amount of the product onto a clean dry hand and press your palms together to wet both hands. Gently smooth and press over the face and neck, ensuring even coverage. Once fully absorbed, follow with your regular skincare routine.

Soothing
This helped when I had a reaction to another product that left breakouts and inflammation. It soothed and relieved the prickly feeling I had. Absorbs immediately and no fragrance. Only downside was quite a bit seemed to have leaked out, it should be sealed better as it's not particularly cheap.

Not great
First time using this it’s nice and refreshing on my skin, but my skin broke out afterwards with this being the only new product i used so I’m now hesitant to use again and money now wasted.
