**Not a conditioner**
5I seen other reviews not liking this product because it didn’t “condition” their hair but it’s not a conditioner it’s a treatment so it won’t make your hair feel soft. You use it after shampooing and you use your regular conditioner after. It’s aim is to penetrate the cuticle of your hair and repair your hair from the inside that’s why you use it after shampooing and you use your conditioner after to seal your cuticle and lock in everything & give you that “softness”. It is an excellent product when used right definitely recommend.

Average conditioner
3I have used this conditioner a couple of times but was not too impressed with it. My hair remains dry and out of condition. For this reason I would not re order this particular product.

5First of all, I’d like to say that Joiko K-pack system is absolutely amazing! I have no idea why there is so little information about it. My hair is thin, lightweight and frizzy (like babyhair) with oily roots (I wash my hair everyday). I normally use the whole system (steps 1,2,3,4) once a week and it makes my hair shiny and pleasantly heavy. Simply gorgeous! And I continue buying these products again and again. Joiko K-pack products are the part of hair reconstruction treatment that you can get in some hair studios (cost about 60 gbp). The treatment includes 4 steps: 1. Joico K-pack clarifying shampoo (opens hair cuticles and removes mineral deposits, clorine and styling product buildup). 2. Joico K-pack Cuticle sealer ph neutralizer (smooths and tightens the cuticle to lock in curl and colour). Don’t recommended to apply on head’s skin. 3. Joico K-pack Deep penetrating reconstructor for damaged hair (award-winning intensive protein reconstructor which rebuilds and improves the structure of hair. Includes Quadramine complex (blend of low molecular weight and size proteins), 19 essential amino acids. 4. Joico K-pack Intence hydrator. Restores moisture to overly dry, damaged hair. Products 2,3,4 should be applied after hair is towel-blotted (thoroughly), including head’s skin. U can use steps 1,2 for daily use and steps 3,4 – once or twice a week. U have to do steps 1,2,3,4 (as intense treatment regimen) or just 1,4 (for dry hair).

3I am a massive fan of the Joico K Pak shampoo and conditioner but I’m still undecided about this product... the scent is beautiful but when rinsing my hair doesn’t feel soft or nourished at all. I will continue to use this as it’s pretty new in my routine (3 weeks) but first impressions aren’t great...

Good product when used correctly
5I haven't been using this very long so I can't comment exactly on how it works for me, but I was a bit concerned looking at the existing reviews here to hear some people using this incorrectly. To people looking to buy this, it is a light-medium protein treatment and shouldn't be used any more than once every two weeks or so. Doing this will make your hair even more prone to breakage. Also, this isn't a conditioner, so you should use conditioner after, otherwise your hair will feel brittle and dry afterwards because of the protein content.

Very good product
5I heard about this product from various people but always been very sceptical...WRONGLY! This is amazing...perfect for blond, fizzy, dry and hard to manage hair! Great product!

3I've been using this for about a week now and not noticed a massive difference as of yet. My hairs breaking a lot and that is why I opted for the joico products. So maybe it just takes time.

5This is the best product I have ever used on my hair. It left my dry course damaged hair feeling baby soft. My hair was so damaged and brittle due to over dyeing and straightening. This product seemed to repair it amazingly after one wash. Love it. It's truly the best

5My hair is excessively dry at times and this product is very effective in moisturising my hair, giving lustre and overall, giving a feeling of healthy hair :)
