I bought this as it is supposed to be a gentle, sulphate free shampoo. Firstly, it does not clean the hair at all. Secondly, it smells awful, the worst-smelling shampoo I've ever used. In fact I suspect it was the fragrance, along with a long list of complicated ingredients that caused my skin on my hands and my scalp to react very badly on using this shampoo. I contacted look fantastic as had packaged the shampoo up to return. However, I never had a response from them, even after I answered all their questions regarding my reaction. I will never shop with look fantastic again and don't waste your money on this shampoo. L'oreal elvive for coloured hair ( in the red bottle) available in boots and most supermarkets is far superior, smells amazing and is much more gentle, yet effectively and gently cleanse hair. It's the only shampoo I now use as after wasting money on this, never again.

Here's the thing, I sparingly use loreal bleach and some other hair lightners to create a beachy sun kissed ombre look. Unfortunately, hand in hand this means my buttery soft mousy brown hair turns into a pretty frizzy mess. My entire hair routine is finding ways to fight the bleach frizz and have effortlessly soft looking hair that doesn't kick up a fuss at the slightest hint of moisture in the air. I purchased this shampoo to use in rotation with protein shampoo and it does what is says on the tin. Softer and more manageable hair that stays in place better after styling. The tiniest blob goes the longest way (My hair stops just under my bra line and is medium/thin density). THE ONLY tiny negative is that because this shampoo is so rich, I get dandruff/itchy scalp with it, and that's not a normal thing for me. So this is a once in a while use if my hair needs some moisture if I've blow dried it a few days prior for example. That said, it doesn't take much for my skin to react to products so you may fine if you have less sensitive skin this won't be a problem for you. Has definitely benefited my hair routine!

This product was amazing. I noticed a considerable difference after the first use. My hair is normally unruly, but this shampoo tamed it and kept it smooth and frizz free as it said it would until the next wash 3 days later.

Thick curly processed hair

Having bought quite a few shampoo for my hair I was really hoping this one would be what I needed and it was. I have thick curly hair which I have colored at the hairdresser regularly so my hair was dry and my curls were undefined. I noticed a huge difference from the first use . I use with the conditioner and I am really happy with the results. This works for me I will be buying it again.

The best range I've ever used. My hair does not go greasy. My scalp does not get sore (like with other Kerastase shampoos). The ends of my hair are getting softer and the cuticle is knitting together. The only complaint is that I ordered well before 9pm for next day delivery. The products came 6 days later. They shouldn't advertise what they cant promise.
