No effect for visible under eye veins

The skin under my eyes is really thin (veins visible), so while I could observe some 'plumping' on occasion, it has not helped with that so far. For reference, I have used the product for a little over a month, twice a day. However I like the applicator, it is coolind and may help with depuffing in the morning.

The main downside is that the serum dries a bit tacky on the skin and takes a little while to absorb. It is refreshing though and seems to help under eye so worth a try
