5Lost track of the times of repurchased this. I like to use it as my cleansing shampoo before a colour treatment shampoo on my coloured hair. It smells nice, doesn’t strip colour and leaves my hair soft. The conditioner is nice too.

Love this shampoo!
5I have been using this shampoo for a few years now and have noticed a huge difference in my hair. With previous shampoos my hair would feel stripped of its natural oils, knotty and dry, but this shampoo has completely restored my hair! It’s given it a natural, healthy shine, feels much smoother and the ends of my hair are in the best condition they’ve ever been in! I regularly use straighteners/curlers, but my ends remain unbroken and it’s ever since I started using this shampoo - my hair strength has massively improved. It’s a great product (the only downside is it’s quite a small bottle so easy to get through quickly!) but I would still recommend

Nice shampoo
4This is a nice product and I really do like it. However I won’t be buying it again. The product is too difficult to get out of the bottle! I have rheumatoid arthritis which doesn’t help, but I think someone with no mobility problems would struggle as the bottle is hard to squeeze and the product isn’t runny.

Drying
1Have used L'Oréal Professionnel Serie Expert Nutrifier before and loved it so had high hopes purchasing this. Unfortunately it’s made me hair really dry and frizzy.

Keep with it, it does work
5I bought the shampoo, conditioner and treatment. I couldn’t get to the hairdresser because of lockdown and my hair was super straggly and falling out quite a bit. I started using the shampoo and conditioner every second day and the treatment once a week and wasn’t impressed initially but i’ve been using it for 3-4 weeks now and i can 100% notice the difference. My hair is really fine and won’t grow much longer than my décolletage. The texture of my hair feels a little stronger and ive noticed a lot less fall out. Give it time to work but it’s definitely made a massive difference for me
