Not worth it for fine hair
2I was indecisive when buying this, as I have fine hair that doesn’t hold styles well and I’m not very good at styling my hair so I wasn’t sure how well I’d be able to use this. To my surprise, I actually was able to wrap my hair around this and secure it really easily and it looked just like the pictures, I planned to leave it in my hair for a few hours to really set the style. However, every time I’ve used this my hair quickly starts to unravel and frizz, and/or the device starts coming really loose even when I’ve been careful not to move too much or rest my head on anything. I’ve always ended taking it out prematurely because of this, and it definitely leaves quite a nice wave (not great though) and even using hairspray doesn’t stop the style from falling out. If you have fine layered hair, it may be worth saving your money.

Not what I’d hoped.
4I have fine hair that is just a bit longer than shoulder length, and I also have layers. I don’t find it too hard to use this, but it is a bit tricky to secure it properly and I find that my hair gets loose really easily and the band starts slipping off before I’m ready to take it out. I definitely wouldn’t be able to use it overnight for this reason alone, but it is also quite bulky on my head. The finished effect is nice, but I wouldn’t use it to style my hair before a night out or event, it just helps me look more put together for when I’m going to the shops or something.

No Heat Curls!
5I have been seeing heatless curls all over TikTok and had to give it a go, love that the mermade set came with a clip and scrunchies too!, super soft and silky and gives the bounciest curls. 100% recommend, use on damp hair and sleep in it for best results!

Easy and damage-free!
5I'm not a fan of using heat on my hair but love the "blow-out" look - this achieves exactly that! Super easy to use and really comfortable to sleep in, couldn't ask for more

Amazing!!
5I loveee this! I have been looking for one of these which is actually easy to sleep in and ive found it! The band is super soft and basically a cushion so super comfortable. Id deffo recommend using it on slightly wet hair if you have thick long hair like me, it makes the curls much more prominent and stay in longer! 10/10 love it x

Amazing Heatless Curls!
5I'm really impressed with the Mermaid heatless curl set, it's got eveyrthing you need to achieve the perfect heatless curls. The heatless curler is really easy to use, I put in before bed and find the curls hold for most of the day and you get great volume.
