I have hit the age 47 mark and I’m taking collagen supplements religiously now not just for my skin but also because I have osteoarthritis and collagen really helps. I’ve been taking marine collagen tablets but they are huge and so hard to swallow so thought I’d give these a go as I love the my vitamins range and take a whole host of other supplements from them and so far I have no complaints. Great price, much easier to swallow.
