You have o be consistent
The lifting part sort of works...not wonders but you do see an improvement in the elasticity of your skin after a while. Not sure if this is the actual machine or the skincare that i am using every time i use this. For the infrared head I cannot tell any difference, but I don't really have visible wrinkles to examine. The usage is very easy, straight forward, I just wish you could use it without the app so I don't have to have my phone with me all the time, but after a few uses I learned the routines anyway and I just start the app in the background just so it would count the session. If you watch a 40 minutes show on TV you have time to do a wrinkle and a lifting session with minimum effort and could end uo being a habit really fast.
