I used this atound once a week after getting my hair highlighted after a 6 month break (but I have had bleach in my hair for 20+ years). My hair is in generally good condition, but I wanted to try this after my hairdresser used olaplex during my appointment. I do think this helped maintain the condition of my hair & i had no breakage, but I don’t know how it would work for really damaged hair..

I converted to olaplex 3 years  ago and haven’t looked back since.  I use this product twice a week along with the shampoo and my hair has never felt so strong and undamaged. A little goes a long way. Definitely worth the investment.
