5Originally bought this product for my daughter as she loves it. Decided to try it myself, and wow, my hair feels so soft, and is in great condition. Will definitely continue to use it, and recommend anyone to try it.

Unfortunately, not for me!
1Can’t fault lookfantastic for service and shipping, couldn’t believe how quick it was delivered! I toyed with the decision of buying these products as they are so expensive but having damaged hair due to colouring etc I bit the bullet and bought them along with no6 and 7. at first I thought what a dream team! My hair looked an felt amazing even in between washing, there was absolutely no need for dry shampoo (I wash my hair 1-2 per week) however as time went on I found my hair was grotty, dry, brittle and snappy! After discussing this with my hairdresser I was advised to stop using 4 and 5 immediately as it’s producing too much protein in my hair causing the breakage 😱 feel a bit like I’ve flushed my money away now haha! I have quite a few friends who swear by olaplex and it’s really worked it’s magic for them, just wish it was the same for me. So buyers be aware that it might not work the same way on your hair as it does for others. I’m absolutely gutted this didn’t work out for me

Great shampoo
5Best set ever! Massive transformation on my hair, even my hairdresser noticed a change in my hair, how healthy and strong it was. I bleach my hair so my hair can be dry but this helps so much. A tiny bit goes a long way.

5Love love love these products. I’ve got Olaplex 3 but held of buying the shampoo and conditioner as pricey but worth every penny. You don’t need much shampoo at all, about the size of a Hazelnut. My hair feel like new.

5When I eventually received my products I was extremely happy. The staff at look fantastic, we’re polite, helpful and very efficient. I have recommended to my friends and family.

Not for me
2I had high expectations for this shampoo and conditioner set. The olaplex no 3 really saved my damaged bleached hair. However, now the condition of my hair is back to being healthy with only a few highlights instead of nourishing my hair this shampoo made it dry and caused lots of flyaways! Had to stop using and revert to my old shampoo I’m sure it works for some hair types, but just not mine!

Must have!
5I had held of buying Olaplex due to the price of their products but now I have to say I would never go back! My hair feels so different; so soft and healthy. If you are contemplating my advice is to go for it!

5Already my hair is thicker and glossy , after going through the menopause it was fragile. Had a great NHS discount and it arrived within a few days . Great service

5You need the tiniest amount of this rich shampoo. Fabulous results for damaged hair leaving it shiny and soft

Fantastic
5I bought this after a recommendation from my salon. I regular use the highest strength bleach on my hair and therefore have damage and breakage to my hair. I’m surprised that a little goes a long way plus the results are great. Only a few weeks in and already notice a difference. Will be purchasing again
