If ever a shampoo was good enough to eat it's this one. Silky lather and a gorgeous fragrance that's just like Lemon Meringue Pie - I love it! And my hair is thicker and fuller - just perfect.

I love Paul Mitchell shampoo and have always used the Lavender Mint (which is gorgeous), but thought i would try this for a change. Great size bottle and easy to use with the Pump you get with it, so you are only using what you need. It smells delicious and makes my hair really soft and shiny. Love It!!xx

Lemon sage thickening shampoo

I am using this shampoo in conjunction with lemon and sage thickening spray. They are the best product I have tried for my hair type - fine, flyaway. I feel like I have loads more hair and it is keeping its style all day.

great shampoo

Used special tea tree shampoo for ages and thought I would try this. Same great quality, needing only a small amount to get a good wash. Good lemon fragrance. However, I thought it would still have a significant tea tree or sage element but it only seems to be lemon, so have ordered my usual.

Poor customer service

Shampoo was delivered along with matching conditioner and thickening spray. The shampoo was leaking and the spray from the tickening lotion bottle was no where to be seen, the box they were delivered in was badly damaged and too large for the products inside. 2 weeks later and about 5 messages to Customer Services to have the problems rectified and i've admitted defeat and asked for a returns label. Will never ever use Look Fantastic again or recommend to anyone. Really disappointed. Can't comment on the product as never got the chance to use them, i'm sure they will be great just the organisation that is very poor.
