gentle and effective
4I always stock up on the 1000mls bottle of this in the sales and it usually lasts me a whole year! I developed a very dry and itchy flaky scalp a few years ago after an long period of stress and using this shampoo with the coordinating scalp toner really keeps the flakiness and itchiness at bay. In also find some shampoos irritate the skin at the base of my neck but this one doesnt which I also appreciate. Only giving it 4 stars as on its own it's not as as effective than when used with the toner.

Not the same quality as smaller size shampoo
3I ordered the smaller bottle of the same shampoo before and I was so delighted with this purchase. Therefore, I decided to order a bigger size one. Unfortunately, the consistency and colour are not the same in the bigger bottle. The product looks diluted. I am disappointed

A very treatment shampoo for problem scalp
4Tried many different shampoos for my teen daughter, expensive and cheap ones but this is the only one that works. She has been using this for the pass 3 years. It’s very expensive.

Get it!!!
5I have bleach blonde long thick hair and it’s quite frankly the only thing that has worked in my hair to get rid of my flaky scalp. Itchiness calms down after one wash! I tend to rotate this with other shampoos (for my blonde hair) and it makes the bottle last ages!

Absolute must for delicate scalp
5Fantastic service, well packaged and swift delivery as always. Remains a great price compared to the few places you can get it from. This shampoo is a must buy for me. Suffered with flaky, itchy scalp for years and this is the only shampoo that helps and leaves me feeling clean, fresh and itch free. Philip Kingsley is a master at his craft. Hopefully this will remain a staple product from Lookfantastic.

THE ONE
5Having tried a myriad of shampoos for my itching and flaking scalp over the years I have finally found THE ONE. Quite simply, this product works and is also pleasant to use with a good lather that is easy to rinse out. It is quite expensive but in this super size 1000ml bottle it really is fantastic value for money.

Too dry
3Doesn't feel good when you apply on your hair. The whole feeling is that too dry. Hair is easy to get stretched. Regret buying such a big bottle.
