When I first started using this shampoo some years ago it worked for me. I'd use other shampoos but come back to this one. But as the years have gone on my scalp has got drier and I no longer find this works, nor does Aveda Shampure and Redken scalp relief strips my colour. I do still use the Philip Kingsley scalp tonic which is a great for instant relief to a super dry scalp.

I had really high hopes for this product, so sure after reading all the reviews and blogger recommendations I bought the larger bottle. I’ve been using for two months now and my scalp is still dry and flaky. You need a lot of product to create a lather, the lather which disappears after 30 seconds. Obviously this product has worked for some people but unfortunately it neither cleared my scalp or stopped the itch.

The best shampoo for itchy scalps I’ve ever tried

This is hands down the best ahampoo I’ve ever tried for my itchy scalp. It doesn’t feel harsh, and says is colour safe too. It soothes my scalp and has totally stopped the itch I used to get on second day hair. I now have no visible flakes either. An absolute winner for me. The large bottle is such good value too. I bought the large size after a standard size, once I knew it worked for me.

After many years of suffering with an itchy and flaky scalp I read about this shampoo. I can't recommend this shampoo if you have an irritated scalp. I have used it for 3 years and would never use another brand. It is good on coloured/highlighted hair and doesn't weigh my hair down at all. Another top tip is that cleared my 4 year old's severe cradle cap within 7 days when other solutions failed.

If you're suffering with your scalp, look no further. As the name suggests, it relieves itching and flaking pretty much instantly, while also caring for your hair. As a professional hairdresser this is one of my most recommended products, and it's also one of my go-to products for greasy scalps and hair that needs a deep cleanse. Gentle enough to use every day. Follow with your favourite conditioner from any brand.

Best shampoo ever!

My body's been super sensitive the whole time since I was in high school, now I am 22, and my skin, scalp, and hair are always damaged from regular shampoos, cleansers, conditioners, etc... My boyfriend even told me that I have psoriasis, which made my scalp so flaky and, my hair fell out a lot. Luckily, I went online and search for the solutions, and this shampoo came up. I even went to his website to do some research, and found out so many positive comments about his products. So I purchased and tried it on just for another hope. It did work like miracle! My scalp stopped being flaky on the first try! But a little bit itchy. Then after a few days washing my hair DAILY, my scalp didn't itch anymore, and my hair stoped falling out. I was so happy, then purchased his conditioner no color no scent, and even the toner for flaky/itchy scalp. After like 2 weeks, my hair and my scalp right now are 100% better than ever. No flaky, no itchy, and my hair is so smooth, even I still have my treated color hair. And it's also not faded! I extremely recommend for people out there who think that there's no hope for your scalp and hair, because this product does that job for you! A little expensive, but trust me, it's worth it!
