DO NOT USE - BURNS SCALP
I purchased this product and received it a week ago. I used it the day it arrived and followed the instructions step by step. Once product was in my hair, I noticed that my head started to burn all of sudden my head was burning so much that I had to wash it out even before the recommended time!! When washing my hair clumps of my hair started to fall out (every women's worst nightmare!) My neck was badly burnt as a result of using this product. Be warned, this product is dangerous and has left my hair dry, brittle and obviously damaged and I am still recovering from the burns on my neck & scalp!!! This product obviously contains dangerous chemicals!!!

Simply the best
I have a very sensitive scalp with 4c black tight coiled hair structure. This relaxer is moisturising, fast and has caused very little irritation to my scalp. I have searched for many years for a relaxer that doesn't make me run to the basin to be washed out without being combed. I found it! Please note these boxes contain two retouch applications, so it may seem expensive but for me, it's worth it. Thank you lookfantasic for stocking it.
