I think this product has really helped my damaged hair. It can be used just as a conditioner but I actually apply to my dry hair and leave it on over night. It has helped with dryness and breakage so very happy with this product.

I try to use once a week and leave on for at least 5mins. Just bought the Extreme shampoo so am looking forward to testing the full range together.
