Refreshing treat for peepers
This is a silky smooth refreshing eye gel that has made a positive difference to the area around my eyes; definite improvement in terms of less puffiness and the dark circles are not as prominent. I have super sensitive skin but REN always treats it kindly.
Irritant
I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however I feel like i need to share my experience with this eye gel. I love REN products particularly their cleansers (clarifying clay) and so I bought a couple of items from their Vita Mineral range. I have never had quite a reaction to a product like i have with the Active 7 Eye Gel, which is a nice gel consistency and goes on well and initially cooling around the eye area. But within 5 seconds my skin is burning, so painful and eventually causes puffiness, redness, sore eyes and flaky skin. Since this has happened some more research I have done into the product has shown it has arnica flower extract, which is not recommended to be used around the delicate eye area. I dont normally have particularly sensitive skin and use AHA's and retinols quite happily on the rest of my face and other eye creams I have never had any issues with. Would not recommend.

this product sunk in well but did absolutely nothing for my eyes and even stung them a little so I won't be repurchasing.

very pleasant texture. Extremlely gentle formulation. No adverse reaction from a very sensitive skin.
Doesn't do much..
Unfortunately this REN Active 7 Radiant Eye Gel is not as spectacular as expected. I like the gel consistency and that it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. But it also doesn't do anything else. I hoped for more.
