Rubis Satin Elegance Tweezers - Tiffany Blue

I have been shopping around for ages to find a decent pair of tweezers and originally thought these were pricey so bought a few cheaper pairs. I regret that as I have had these for about 2 weeks now and I LOVE them! They are honestly amazing, so sharp and precise and a lovely colour. They come by themselves so ignore the description or review where it says they come in a case as that was disappointing. But highly recommend these!

I'd been looking for a replacement for my old faithful Tweezerman slanted tweezers which must be at least 18 years old. They're not as sharp as they used to be, and the same model now made by that brand is not the same as it used to be - I found them more chunky, with less grip than my old pair, but I might just have been unlucky with the set I tried. Back to this product - I am so, SO happy with these Rubis tweezers! Definitely worth the price. These are not bulky tweezers - wide enough to grip the hair you want. They are sharp - great for getting fine hairs and roots. They are perfectly balanced, there is no awkward twisting of metal during use. The ends of the tweezers meet completely - no slippery coating like another brand I tried, which were painful and frustrating when I had hold of a hair and succeeded in nothing more than tugging it! The handle of the Rubis tweezers is coated, with a pleasantly grippy material which ensures the instrument won't slip out of your hand in use. The coating is a gorgeous blue shade - I had been contemplating the classic red colour but this Tiffany Blue really caught my eye, and it is every bit as pretty in real life as it is on the website. The tweezers are delivered in a smart and functional solid plastic storage box, with a cap to protect the sharp end of the tweezers. I'm planning to buy another set of Rubis tweezers in case I lose or break this set - now that I've found my new perfect tweezers I don't want to be without them! I'd also be happy to give these as a gift, as the quality and functionality is so good, and the packaging and product colour are attractive.
