Micro-fine and ergonomic, the revolutionary eyeliner lays down highly pigmented, ultra-black colour that can be used to add sleek, thin lines or enviable flicks with foolproof results. Shake well with cap on before each use. For a fine line, hold the angled tip down and trace along the lashes. To increase the thickness, hold the angled tip sideways against the lash line and gently pull out toward the edge of the eye. Create the illusion of thicker lashes by dotting the ultra-fine tip between hairs. For a foolproof cat eye, press the tip against the outer corner of the eye to create a perfect wing every time.

best eyeliner ever, seriously
This is the best liquid eyeliner out there. It lasts. No eyeliner lasts on me, even the other japanese waterproof brands. It has the best firmest smallest brush which allows for amazing precision. holy grail.

My go to eyeliner
Unlike previous reviewers, I’ve been using this eyeliner after stumbling across it two years ago. I’ve tried so many over the years but this one I can’t stop using. It makes wings easier, goes on super smoothly and stays on for a long time (on my eyes anyway!). I love it!

Not happy...
I love Shiseido brand, but this new eyeliner formula is terrible... After a couple minutes it smudges all over my eyelid... No strong color either, application brush is quite amazing. Pity I cant use it...
