My sister recommended this to me she said it has really helped her scalp. I get a dry scalp at the front and back of my hair. I have definitely noticed my scalp is a lot better for incorporating this into my routine. Doesn't smell the nicest and is quite runny but other than that it is a good product and I would recommend it!
