Fight signs of ageing with The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion, a solution that combines two forms of next-generation Retinoid to help improve the appearance of ageing and acne-prone skin. The two Retinoids used are a Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (which has a multi-fold anti-ageing effect and is more efficient than Retinol), and pure Retinol in a protective capsule system which supports the delivery and efficacy of Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate. Apply a few drops of The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid Emulsion to the face in the evening as part of your skincare regimen. Do not use with other retinoid treatments and make sure you use sun protection during the day. This is essential when using retinol products. Apply onto the skin at night after cleansing with the Squalane Cleanser before other serums and your moisturiser. You can follow with Natural Moisturising Factors + HA or Marine Hyaluronics for added hydration. If irritation occurs, stop using immediately and use only as directed on unbroken skin. It's advised to patch test before use.

Not noticed any difference
I’ve tried this one and the retinal 5% in squaline and retinal 0.2% emulsion and I think the retinal 0.2% Emulsion wins. I thought the higher the retinol the more vivid effect but less seems to be better. I am getting terrible bags under my eyes so need to keep using the caffeine and this and keep massaging with the glass balls with the handle taken from the fridge. They really make a difference they are from revolution and have made a difference to rubbing in serums.

I love the fact the ordinary stays producing glass bottles on these products, it is the best. I truly follow up to them and its effectiveness.

Too soon to tell
I love the ease this goes on the skin- however although I have been used to a 1% Retinoid I’m not sure how this 2% will work. So far so good.

Retinol
Not my favourite retinol. Consistency is nice however doesn’t feel like it’s effective as the other retinol products that the ordinary has.

Does the job. Not the biggest fan of the application and the fact it has to be stored in the fridge. But cannot go wrong for the price

Great anti-aging serum
I use this serum with my collagen serum every evening. You do need to build up your skin’s tolerance to this product gradually, as it can cause irritation, but once you’re there it’s worth it. It’s a great texture and absorbs well without residue. It’s a daily staple for me as part of my anti-aging routine.

Amazing for the price!
Love this formulation. No irritation, just clear skin and no new breakouts! I’ve also bought the new version from The Ordinary as a next step, as for the price, you can’t fault the products and they deliver!

Can't say I've noticed a difference..
I saw great reviews for this product, but after using it for a few weeks I can't really say I noticed much of a difference in my skin. Worth mentioning I'm new to retinols.
