First I was quite sceptical about this but after trying it for the first time it literally blew my mind. I dont know what is it about this spray but it really makes me sleep like a baby! Would give it 6 stars if I could!

This is a lovely soft, relatively lightly fragranced pillow spray. It sprays lightly so doesn't drench the pillow. It's a decent size so lasts for a couple of months. All in all, a lovely product that does what it says on the tin.

Literally did nothing for me people leaving good reviews saying how good it is but did nothing for me just made my pillow wet definitely a waste of me yeah it has nice smell but when it says it’s meant to help you sleep better I want it to actually do that but it didn’t do anything

Nice smell but not effective

I have always struggled with my sleep and have only ever found success via prescribed sleeping pills. I have tried various herbal teas and organic natural ingredients tablets with minimal success. Unfortunately this was just another gimic product. If you struggle with your sleep quite severely this will not cut it! However the scent is lovely.

I actually received a sample of this initially from a beauty subscription. I loved it so much I had to upgrade! It’s now part of my regular routine each night. But I honestly swear there is something else in this, it can’t just be soothing lavender. It’s lovely!
