Love this spray
I had a sample of this product first and didn’t really have high hopes but then……….. I noticed I did start sleeping better, less undisturbed than usual. I’ve never been a fan of lavender but the smell doesn’t bother me. In fact I think the smell to me now is relaxing as I know it’s time to try and catch up. I cannot be without and purchased the bigger bottle as soon as the sample ran out. Lasts ages too.

It works
I definitely fall asleep quicker after using this. I can’t say I’m a big fan of lavender but I’ve either grown to it or I’m just used to it now as it doesn’t bother me. A few sprays on my pillow and I can feel myself relax almost instantly. I just need one now to keep me asleep
