Relaxing!
I have experienced so many nights when I have trouble getting off to sleep, as my mind is constantly whirring with thoughts.I also have insomnia,and go through periods,when I have very vivid dreams and also at times terrible nightmares.I find these products help me to relax at bedtime,and give me some restful sleep.

Worth it!
I love Deep Sleep line from thisworks. Deep Sleep Pillow spray After a stressful day, it calms me down quickly and I am falling asleep faster than ever. The scent might be too powerful for some people but just spray it on and let it soak in to the pillow for couple of minutes and the smell gets less overwhelming. It is my 3rd bottle of that spray. Roll-on I always carry that in my bag and when the days gets busy and super stressful, I use it on my wrist, smell it and I feel like my blood pressure drops down. This is my 4th roll-on. Shower gel My first bottle of this product. It smells exactly like the Pillow spray. But I did not like the way it dried up my body. I had to use moisturizer after using this as a shower gel. My friend likes it, but I am not buying again.

Amazing
I received a small pillow spray in my Look Fantastic beauty box and before it had run out I had to buy the full size. I have always had difficulty staying asleep and no longer take medication as it was causing me weight gain among other side effects, so to find something natural that has similar effects (without the drowsiness the following morning) is amazing. I am so pleased I got to try this spray. For me it really works. I use a sleep monitoring app on my phone and I can see the difference in my sleep pattern between when I’ve used this and when I haven’t. This will always be on my bedside from now on and I have recommended it to several people already. Such a comforting scent.
