Maybe too much protein for my hair

This would be a good product for those with really damaged hair but I think it’s too much protein for my hair to use everytime I wash, so I alternate with this and another to avoid protein overload.

Love this product, I have very long hair with extentions...only need a little bit and it works really well. Just don't put the conditioner on the roots otherwise it goes a bit greasy
