Pack volume is really big, bigger han standad lip balm packs I had before. However it is giving cooling and little itching feeling for a while when you put it on your lips which I do not like and it was not mentioned in the description. This effect does not long last however.

This product is amazing! I applied it when I got it and hours later I was thinking 'when did I last apply lip balm??' then I remembered it was ages ago. Needless to say, it last ages and it leaves your lips feeling so soft. My new favourite lip balm. (I didn't get this product off LF but I get loads of products LF)
