I bought 10 of these as an extra supplement as I’m heading into Peru menopause and conscious that I’ve done extremely with not ageing much so far and want to keep myself natural (no surgeries!) the taste isn’t amazing (it’s not suchard hot choc!) but it’s pleasantly drinkable and alongside the rest of the supplements I take I’d like to think it’s keeping age at bay the natural way
