For a few minutes (try to aim for between 3 and 4 minutes) before your morning shower grab your brush. Beginning at the toes, work upwards on the legs in long, firm strokes, working towards the back of thighs and bum. Brush the stomach in an anti-clockwise movement and continue up the arms towards the chest. Ensure brush strokes are gentle and should never break the skin.

lasted longer than expected
This is quite a good, sturdy brush and lasted longer than expected. I would say perhaps a bit TOO firm on the bristles, but otherwise does it's job well!

Voya body brush
Love dry body brushing, the bristles on this brush are excellent quality, being soft enough on your skin but also doing its job! Skin always feels smoother after using, and so soft after bathing!
