Dissolve 1 - 4 cups (approx 250g-1kg) of flakes in a warm bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. In pregnancy, use 1-2 cups (approx 250g-500g) and ensure the bathing water is around 36°C and never higher than body temperature. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as flakes turn to liquid on contact with moisture.

Works like magic
This is an amazing product for anyone that feels their body is tight from stress, or sore muscles or any other pains. My hubby didn’t believe me until he tried it and now he has to use this when he is taking a bath, he also start having baths more often then showers because of those magnesium flakes !!!
