It leaves a tingly feeling on the lips which I like. Not quite sure what he r it works to plump the lips however it is a good lipgloss

I cant describe the tingle it gives it feels like youve got a dead arm and it goes spazzy thats what this gloss makes your lips feel like! 😂 I dont really see much of a plumping effect but it does look nice on lips
