Missing perfume!
1Very very disappointed with Lookfantastic. I have a missing Floral Street perfume and a cheaper alternative - a gua sha (that I'm not going to use). The perfume was the reason why I purchased this over a different beauty box. The fact that there's no mention of an alternative makes it worse, SORT IT OUT LOOKFANTASTIC. I feel bad for those looking to open this on Xmas or those gifting it and not knowing that they've been shortchanged. The alternative should've been like for like if anything, I'm very disheartened.

Disappointing
1Was really excited to try this box but ended up disappointed! brushworks product not in original packaging, floral street perfume replaced with a gua sha which was damaged!

Missing items
1This box was a perfect present, however I bought 2 boxes and both had 2 full size items missing making this less of a bargain and disappointing present 😔

VERY COOL BOX
5The LF edit boxes are wonderful! this one is so nice as well! loved the perfume so heavenly! cannot wait to try the Virtue product! very nice size! the scrunchie and the eye sleeping cover mask are the only things i don't think ill use. over all perfect!

Better than Christmas!
5Who needs Christmas when you have this amazing box! First off the box is very sturdy and totally reusable for storing your makeup etc in and then there’s the products 😍😍😍😍😍 WOW the size of the bleach London mask I wasn’t expecting it to be so big! The virtue unfrizz cream is also a fantastic size and I’m looking forward to a frizz free Christmas with silky soft moisturised hair 🥰 Fab mix of products and I think the Erborian oil has to be mentioned too as one of the stars of the box 😍 everything else I’ve used from erborian is amazing so I’m really looking forward to seeing how this works on my skin. Buy yourself this as a treat but also if you’re looking for a present for someone who’s tricky to buy for this will cover many people like that
