Is it a con?
2I feel unsure on this purchase I was recommended to buy matrix biology by my hairdresser and quickly noticed after doing research there are lots of just violate shampoo and conditions not specifically saying matrix which apparently the nor correct product so not as good as matrix. Anyway this says matrix so I purchased it but its arrived and doesn't so matrix. So is it the correct brand or is a fake?

Stripped the oil from my scalp
1Bought this for a change however within 2 washes, it had stripped the oil from my scalp!

Not Good
2Bought as i was advised this was a good choice for keeping colour for longer. . Shampoo is totally awful. Leaves Hair like straw, dry and tangled after washing and a 2nd wash makes it even worse. 1 good thing and why it got 2 stars. Conditioner is brilliant and leave hair soft. I'll stick to my pureology hydrate in future. Shampoo in bin.

Perfect value and excellent results!
5I brought this as wanted to try something a little cheaper from the expensive products I usually buy and I haven’t been disappointed. I have fine coloured hair and definitely recommend!

Hair feels dey
3Disappointing My hair felt more dry after shampooing and that it had been stripped of its natural oils. The smell is great though. I feel that I will stick with my current brand for now until I find a better alternative. I received this as a complementary item to review via Influenster.

Lockdown life saver!
5This shampoo is a life saver! It has saved my hair from being a complete mess during lockdown! My hairdresser recommended it! And it doesn't disappoint! Because it has no sulphates and is a natural product, it delivers smooth, tamed, beautifully conditioned hair! I have coloured hair and this has saved my colour (as best it can!) over 12 weeks! I totally love this product! I highly recommend if you want salon results at home!

Brightened up my hair
5I've been using these for a few years, normally after having my hair highlighted. I bought both ahead of having my hair highlighted but appointment got cancelled due to lockdown. But I still used the shampoo and conditioner anyway and it really brightened my hair up to the point that it looked like I'd actually had my hair highlighted! (apart from the roots of course)
