did anything and extremely dried my hair
1This toner doesn't work and extremely dried my hair.. not recommended as it doesn't work.

Did nothing
1This sadly did hardly anything. I have medium blonde hair naturally that is highlighted to a sandy blonde. Recently it had become dull and brassy so i bought this one. Followed the instructions and my hair looks exactly the same dull and brassy. The only thing was the conditioning mask made it very soft! No change in colour. I wasn't expecting miracles but something at least. Shame

Meh
3I got my hair to basically the lightest yellow I could with the Plex Bleach, and decided to try this since I really wanted to take out the warmth and have white hair, but it unfortunately didn't do much for me. I wouldn't say it's bad, since I did notice it took out some of the yellow but it doesn't get your hair white like it claims. I'm sure it works great for some people but for my hair it didn't.

Really nice - got me the desired effect
4If recently had fresh highlights, but I hated the base colour, it was a bit too honey coloured for my liking. I wondered how on earth I could (a) brighten my highlights, and (b) tone down the base colour. This did both. I really panicked thinking I would really mess it up with this, but it’s left my base colour a cool blonde and my highlights a brighter baby blonde. The product is clear so no messy baths showers sinks or hands, and the mask you get with it left my hair silky (usually struggle to comb the knots out). I feel a bit like a hair genius buying this!

Excellent results!
4This toner worked like a charm on my bleached hair. Of course any hair this is used one would already need to be extremely light to tone to white, and mine was almost light enough to pull it off, it looked great and had an almost white tone to it afterwards. Only knocked off 1 star because it didn't seem to last very long, almost as though it was semi permanent

5Brilliant. My hair was dull yellow and very brassy. Didn’t lift the colour to white but it did neutralise my hair to a nice ash blonde colour. The only down fall it made my hair feel very dry afterwards.

Easy to use
4After I bleached my hair, I was left with a few patches of light orange awesome it wasn't. I applied this toner left it on for the recommended time and honestly my hair is much better. It's not perfect but my hair is now mostly a really light blonde. I'm super happy with it. Will continue to use and continue to order it from this site.

Wow
5I was dubious about using this, took a week of debating and just went for it earlier. Had the darkest of roots, I used a bleach kit then after rinsing and towel drying used this toner left it on for 20 minutes. Totally transformed the ‘bleach’ look to a lovely clean blonde colour - prefer this to how my hair dresser usually tones my hair. I will definitely be buying more.

Brilliant toner
4I love this toner and always use it after bleaching my hair ....it tones out all the brassy yellow and leaves it a lovely shade of white which is also a great blank canvas for pastel tones ....only giving 4 not 5 stars as it hasn’t quite toned evenly this time but still great
