Was so excited to try this product but really disappointed with it. The formula is really soft so even when I very gently applied it, the stick mushed and the a chunk of the tip slid off, leaving a solid piece of the lip balm on my lips and a big piece missing off the lipstick. I've tried storing it in the fridge to help it solidify and reset but it is still too soft to apply directly to my lips so i have to lightly dab it on with my finger which just takes ages to build up the colour and defeats the purpose of being in lipstick form?
