Fabulous!
5If you have curly frizzy unruly curls this is for you. I use it when I wash my hair, to revive my curls and to tame the frizz on wet windy days. It’s amazing, I couldn’t be without it now.

Really great... not good smell
3I really enjoy this product, it really calms down my curls and makes them look so elegant, I adore it! I have thin, dry and coloured hair and it doesnt make my hair look dry at all, my hair looks nourished! I just cannot stand the smell but surprisingly it doesnt linger in the hair especially if you apply it wet, but yeah if it hadnt been for the smell I would’ve given it at least 4/5 stars!

Light and creamy
4First time of buying this product. The consistency is creamy and not sticky. The fragrance is like a very subtle lemon but very subtle. I used as directed on were hair. It worked well to define curls but after my hair dried the curls became frizzy. BUT my hair is damaged from perming and colouring. I believe this would really compliment naturally curly hair. The feel of the product is divine.

This has changed my hair journey
5I can't express how much I love this treatment. It's rich, but still lightweight, easy to absorb and effortless to use. The natural scent takes some getting used to, but now I love it! The hold is so much better than other curl creams I use, giving me about three or four days between wash day. It seems like a lot of money but the volume is huge so it's really worth it.

Light but hydrating
4On my quest to find the perfect curl. Creme to help tame my flyaway and frizz for my 2b/2c wavys and curls I came across this. After much debute I ordered a bottle. A little goes a long way which surprised me. Normally it takes a good blob to hold the moisture but not this 1 pump and it slid over my mop and left it feeling silky. It had a pleasant by light lavender Citrus type smell not to dissimilar to the jessicurl scent. It didn't weigh my hair down which is fab.

Defined curls
5Tried this after reading reviews and my curls are definitely more defined after using it. My hair feels conditioned too. Love the smell - very natural herby/lemony fresh. Good ingredients too, no nasty additives.

Good
4Product has made my hair really soft and silky and my curls are so defined! Absolutely recommend, only downfall is the smell, if you don’t like strong lavender and minty smell then don’t buy. Although the smell doesn’t linger in the hair for too long the smell is very strong

Tiny amount needed
5I absolutely love this product. You only need a pea size amount for shoulder length hair. I use it with a curling custard to add structure to my curls. This product keeps my curls frizz free and creates a beautiful shine.

So disappointed!
1I've been trying the curly girl method for 12 months now with varying degrees of success. I still haven't find my wining routine so I decided to give the Bouclème range a go. I bought a travel set that came with four products. I would absolutely recommend buying products this way, because you get to try them at a fraction of the cost and can try items from across the range. I have started leaving reviews because I hope they will help someone with simular hair from spending their hard earned money on products that don't match their claims. I have very fine hair although there is quite alot of it. My hair takes a long time to get saturated in the shower. On a good day I would say my hair is a 3a but it can become weighed down, losing some curl pattern and forms more of a wave on a bad day. I was so disappointed by this curl cream, after reading all of the rave reviews. Initially I tried a tiny amount (5p size) for fear that it would weigh my hair down. The product is creamy but not very thick. I tired putting it on my hair neat and also emulsified between my hands with plenty of water. I also tried using more if the product, around 50p size dollop. The product has a very strong smell, not unpleasant but certainly stronger then other products I have used. The product went on to my hair nicely and left squishy clumps when applied in the shower. The product didn't leave a cast and didn't feel gungky in my hair when dried. Unfortunately it also didn't give enough hold for me, it also stretched my curls into waves, although the hair didnt actually feel weighed down. This product just wasn't for me, I haven't even finished it because I know I can get better results with other products. I think if your hair has a strong curl pattern and you are looking for moisture from a product and not much hold, this would be worth trying. Good luck!
