After suffering with adult acne after the birth of my baby I tried so many products with no improvement. I gave up for a while and was recommended Cerave products, as they aren't expensive I wasn't too optimistic but my skin is transformed! Destroyed my skin

Used the serum as a spot test on a few blemishes and my whole chin broke out with cystic acne. It's said that retinol can cause purging and to keep using it so I persisted for a week which was a terrible mistake as by then my whole face was ruined and months later, I'm still breaking out and treating the scars left behind. The serum ended up in the bin and have resorted to using the cleanser as an occasional body wash.

I buy this for part of my teenage sons skin care routine as he suffers from acne, it works so well it doesn't irrite his skin or dry it out. I have noticed an improvement in his skin since using cerave, his acne doesn't look as red or inflamed after washing his face.
