Doesn’t reduce me eye puffiness

Good quick delivery from looks fantastic but sadly, and I have used it before, so I should’ve known, it doesn’t reduce my puffy eyes. (I am asthmatic and my eyes are always puffy, and I’ve even tried body shops under eye cream and nothing seems to help).
